GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Lex Medicus specialists deliver an independent examination and are not in the position to provide treatment for your injury or illness. Your doctor or medical practitioner is the best point of contact for further inquiries.

Out of courtesy to our other clients and staff, we ask that mobile phones and electronic devices are turned off whilst in the waiting room and during the examination. Recording of the examination in any form is not permitted.

Children under the age of twelve are not permitted to attend the examination. Please ensure that you have arranged for childcare prior to your appointment.

CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you need to change your appointment, please call your Lawyer or Insurer, who will reschedule the examination to a convenient time. Changes to your appointment can be made up to 48 hours prior the set time or a cancellation fee applies. Please note that there is often a significant wait for available appointments.

Our staff invest substantial time to prepare for your appointment. If you fail to attend the appointment, a Failure to Attend fee is incurred. To ensure the quality of our services, our consultant will not be able to see you if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
